Nothing celebrates the holidays quite like a parade. The Branson is host to several Christmas parades each year, held in Branson and the surrounding communities.
Branson’s Adoration Celebration Parade
DATE/TIME: Sun., Dec. 8, 2019 at 5 p.m.
LOCATION: Downtown Branson
The Branson Adoration Parade begins with the annual lighting of the largest area nativity scene overlooking Lake Taneycomo at dusk (known as the “Adoration Scene”) and culminates with a community gathering like no other.
Celebrating the non-commercial, true meaning of Christmas, the parade features performances by local high school marching bands, a variety of floats created by community organizations from several states, and an appearance from St. Nick himself.
NOTE: Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the parade is being held later in 2019. It’s traditionally held on the first Sunday of December.
