Paula Deen says opening Branson restaurant on her to-do list

Celebrity chef and cooking show host Paula Deen will visit Branson’s Books-A-Million today for a book signing following the launch of her “At the Southern Table” cookbook.

While visiting local TV station KY3 this morning, Deen responded to questions about the possibility of her opening a restaurant in the area.

“Branson has been on our to-do list for quite a while and I’m hoping that one day we will,” said Deen. “Branson…that’s my people. I need to be there for ’em.”
