The Branson Landing will again transform into a must-visit destination for holiday fun this season with the kickoff of their annual “Winter Wonderlanding” celebration on Nov. 1.
The shopping and restaurant district will become adorned in holiday lights and decorations as a part of its 10-year anniversary celebration. Iconic silver reindeer sculptures welcome guests at the entrance and a 50-foot Christmas tree serves as the central attraction in Town Square.
A highlight of the celebration is the “Most Wonderful Time of Year” holiday parade, set for 10 a.m. on Sat., Nov. 19. Dedicated to Andy “Mr. Christmas” Williams, the parade will include live performances by Branson entertainers on the main stage in front of the fountains. The fountains come alive every 15 minutes as they “dance” to a variety of choreographed musical numbers.
Mr. Claus himself will make the Landing his home-away-from-home from Nov. 12 through Dec. 24. Visits and photos with Santa will be available inside the Christmas Tree House under the tree in Town Square.
A variety of holiday promotions, “Black Friday” sales, and a Thanksgiving morning “Turkey Trot” are also planned throughout the season. Visit bransonlanding.com for details.
Situated along Lake Taneycomo next to historic downtown Branson, the Branson Landing is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mon. through Thurs., 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Fri. and Sat., and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays.
